My family had a great experience staying at this property. It’s exactly as described and the owner was extremely nice promptly answering a few questions that I had. Would definitely rebook again some time in the future.

Great place was perfect for our large group

The house was great. The main room is huge with plenty of room for a big group and a large, spacious kitchen. The place was exactly as described. The owner, Alan is extremely accessible and willing to take care of any issues that arose (we only had one with outlets which was fixed immediately) In general, was a pleasure to work with him. He made everything easy - even providing soap, shampoo and conditioner in all the bathrooms. The Frozen room was absolutely a dream for little girls and the decorated rooms were all done well. This home is in phase 2/3 so there was a little bit of a walk (15 minutes) but very short drive to the clubhouse.

14 of us (7 adults and 7 kids) stayed at Alan’s property for 8 nights and had a wonderful stay. The property was exactly as advertised. Alan was prompt at replying to my questions prior to travel and during our stay. The kids loved the pool and the hot tub was fantastic after long days in the park. We opted to include pool heat and a barbecue rental. Pool heat was required to heat the hot tub and well worth every dollar.We had plenty of space, the property was clean and comfortable. I loved the amenities at the solara resort; they had crafts and activities for the kids. Our plane left at 6 PM so we decided to stay and use the pool at the resort after checkout; I appreciated having that as an option. Check in and check out processes were seamless. One note to future guests, a welcome package of essentials was provided, which was very thoughtful. Once we ran out of toilet paper, garbage bags and dish dishwashing tablets, we were responsible for purchasing more. We bought groceries upon arrival and included toilet paper, but didn’t think to purchase garbage bags or dishwashing tablets. The starter pack lasted us until day seven for the latter items. It would have been great to have small packages available for purchase instead of having to buy larger quantities at the grocery store; this was not a deal breaker and we would definitely stay at Alan’s property again. On our next visit I might just include a few of these items in my luggage.

This was a last minute booking as we were let down. Alan was brilliant, really helpful, the villa was clean throughout, lovely patio and pool area
