Here is the great, the good, and the needs improvement.Great house in a great location for a great price. The themed rooms are fantastic. Lots of in house amenities and only 20-25 minute drive to Disney.Good - There is only one bath towel per number of people the house sleeps and they do let you know that pool towels are not provided. However, if you are flying in for vacation it is hard to find space in a suitcase for a pool towel. Be prepared to run a load of towels every day. General knowledge warning - the hot tub at least an hour to heat to a hot tub temperature be sure to turn it on early. Improvement - The pool and pool heat. When we arrived the first night the pool was not fully heated yet (keep in mind this location calls heated as 84 - other houses in the same neighborhood that we have stayed heat the pool to 88 - much more comfortable) the outside porch light did not work and the pool light did not work. Essentially leaving the entire pool area dark and dangerous to walk around in. The host was notified of all three issues on the night of the arrival. There is a screen around the pool area but I do like to see in the pool before swimming at night. It took 4 days to get the porch light fixed and the pool light was never fixed during our 6 day stay all while paying the daily rate to heat the unusable pool. Overall this is a great house and location and if the pool issues are fixed I would recommend it.

We rented this house for our extended family to stay over Christmas, ages 12 to grandma. It was an outstanding stay. The rooms were perfect for our family groupings. The theme rooms were super fun. Between the pool and dino playroom there was plenty to do. And the sunsets were phenomenal. We paid extra to heat the pool and it was well worth it. As is usual with rentals, the kitchen supplies were lacking, especially sharp knives for veggies and fruit, but that's to be expected, right?! The house was in slightly more secluded area in the development, so it felt a bit more private. Also, the amenities at the club house, pool and spray grounds were awesome. We did not schedule any theme parks and we didn't miss them at all. There was so much to do. The grocery store and Starbucks was close. Airport was a quick commute. And communication with the owner Allen was clear and accurate. We really appreciate how simple the check-in, check-out process was. If we're looking for another multi-family Orlando vacation, we'd all elect to stay in this house again.

We did a family trip with mine and my cousins family. Initially booked this place because our kids love Star Wars and the themed room looked amazing. It did not disappoint, and our kiddos were thrilled to stay in the room. Kitchen was very functional and we did use it to make breakfast in the morning and some late night snacks.
