This house is amazing! Everything was perfect for our stay. The house is immaculately clean, and the beds are very comfortable! We used the pool at the house, and the pool at the clubhouse, and both were fantastic. Alan was extremely responsive to a couple of questions, and his communication is 10 out of 10! The location is great. You are near everything! The house is family friendly for any ages and large enough to accommodate large groups comfortably. We enjoyed the big sectional couch and the amazing kitchen! You have everything you need for a great stay.

This property is an excellent stay. A gated, private commmunity. The community and property are very well maintained, with a spa and pool for just this property. There is also a public pool, gym, restaurant/bar area for the entire community that was a very fun place to visit. The property is only 30-40 minutes from all the parks and attractions. Also 60-70 minutes from Tampa. The only reason the parks/Tampa aren't closer is because traffic is absolutely crazy in the area with tourists and locals. Communication with owner/property manager was outstanding. Questions/issues were sloved very fast with a simple text message. I highly recommend this property, not only because of location/privacy but because of the helpfulness of the owner/property manager.

Very spacious! We had 7 adults and 6 kids 10-16 everyone had their own space. Kitchen and living room were plenty big enough for the whole family! Kids loved having the pool and game room was great to keep them busy all of the time.

The property is fantastic. Exactly as advertised. Clean, spacious, and beautiful decor. Safe gated community with access to common pool and restaurant.Excellent location on a private corner lot with water view from the pool and deck. Close to the parks.Beautiful spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and pillows.The pool and hot tub were very clean. Most importantly, Alan is a phenomenal host. Immediately available and incredibly responsive. Exactly what you would want in a host.We will definitely be planning to stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. All amenities were as described. Unfortunately, the pool was affected by a recent storm prior to our arrival, causing it to be dirty. However, the owner promptly and professionally addressed the issue by scheduling a cleaning as soon as possible. I would definitely recommend staying here.
