Exterior entrance wasn’t welcoming- trash at entrance door, landscaping in need of attention. Carpeted areas were not clean, especially the stairs. Floors not clean in kitchen area. Air vents very dusty and dirty throughout the home. Some kitchen utensils worn needs replacement. High chairs by the kitchen counter worn and damaged, needs to be cleaned. The beds were the worst, felt like I was sleeping on the box-spring. King mattresses are terribly cheap it was impossible to get any restful sleep. Alan, the host was very responsive and communicated well and timely. Share all the rules on the webpage. Security was very visible they were also professional. Parking was very inadequate for a home intended to house that many guests. This was very inconvenient for a few family members as we all traveled from multiple locations. Hot water was not consistently available throughout the home. Recommendations: Upgrade the mattressesRefresh the bathrooms especially the toilets

Getting through the gates, were a mess. Property was nice

Great communication from when we booked through the day we checked out. We had 5 families stay and there was plenty of space. The kids loved the themes, as well as the game room. I would highly recommend!!

The walls needs paint touch up and updating, the carpets need a deep clean The hockey game and one of the keyboard games in the game room we’re not working properly. The refrigerator was not cooling our food and was leaking. The ironing board was broken. There were stains on the couches. The sliding door to the pool was filthy and not cleaned. One of the light fixtures was broken in one of the bedrooms. There were scratches and stains on all the walls throughout the home. The temperature in the home fluctuated the entire time one minute it was super hot upstairs very cold downstairs back-and-forth. To charge a cleaning fee, It felt like the home was not cleaned at all. The beds are very uncomfortable.

Everything was perfect. Alan was very quick with communication and changes needed.
